Renovations and construction can be like solving a puzzle, but we thrive on diving into the details from every angle.
With a degree in accounting, Alex started his journey in the real estate and construction industry as the accounting manager at a local real estate development group. With only two employees to start, he wore many hats. He spent a few years as a realtor. He helped with property acquisitions, estimating, investor/bank relations, and day-to-day operations of the construction company.
Through this experience, he had a hand in the build process of over 75 spec houses and was instrumental in moving the company into customer-facing renovations and smaller repair projects.
Through these experiences, he has developed relationships throughout the industry with subs, vendors, bankers, realtors, etc that allow ladcon to provide unmatched service and follow through on any project, big or small.
